Clay Thomas Duvall is originally from Millwood, Kentucky. Clay moved to Lexington in 2005 to pursue his undergraduate degree at Transylvania University. After graduating, Clay spent four years working in mental healthcare before pursuing his law degree at the University of Kentucky College of Law. Clay received his J.D. in 2016 and began working for Rawl Douglas Kazee, Esquire. Clay continued working with Rawl after passing the bar and receiving his license. Clay is primarily interested in criminal law, particularly when it affects low income and vulnerable individuals.
